STEAM Lab Teacher, Calvary Chapel High School
Before switching strictly to high school last year, Melissa was both Middle School and High School STEAM Lab Teacher for Calvary Chapel Schools in Orange County, Ca, and has taught STEM there for the past 9 years. Now, Melissa leads Intro to Robotics in high school using Creator Mega-Bots, and also teaches an Honors Robotics course. Melissa is extremely passionate about giving her students the opportunity to build real world skills to help them prepare for their future.
Luis Morales
Among other things, Luis leads training and support for
Creator Bots (that's right... free support, yay!). Luis has helped lead
training for hundreds of teachers who have used Creator Bots in their
classrooms, camps, and other forms of expanded learning. Luis has also taught
coding and robotics in the classroom in both elementary and middle school,
having done so in Los Angeles for over 5 years. Luis is a real-life programmer,
passionate about automation, data, and, of course, education. He resides in
Riverside with his wife and 5-year-old son.
